We agree to clean the rooms as specified by the client.  If for any reason we are unable to keep an appointment, if possible, an advance notice of 24 hrs will be given.  Therefore 24hrs. notice of cancellation is required or there will be a fee of your regular cleaning price, which will be paid by next appointment.  In the event of being locked out, a charge of the normal cleaning fee will be applied, which is due by the next appointment or cleanings will be suspended until payment is received.  Payment is required at time of service.  Any amount over the balance due is considered a tip.  We do not have a pay in advance program.  There will be a fee of $20.00 for any bounced checks.  Please make checks payable to:  Batka’s Cleaning Service.

We use our own cleaning supplies. If you need special chemicals used, due to chemical reactions or preference, please specify and provide. We will supply a vacuum if you do not own one or yours is not working. 

We have current and up to date Insurance that is available upon request.  All accidents that result in an item(s) damaged or broken will be reported at time of occurrence. All item(s) found damaged or broken, must be reported within 48 hrs. or Batka’s Cleaning Service is not responsible. 

Please remember, if we are not told about any questions or concerns, we assume that you are happy with the cleaning. So please let us know, large or small, if you have any questions or concerns.

*NOTE: I CHARGE A MINIMUM OF $50.00 FOR WEEKLY AND   $60.00 FOR EVERY OTHER WEEK AND LESS.

My prices are as follows:         
$20.00 One time fee (This fee will be added if less than once every 4 weeks.)
$15.00 Per Hour (after the first 2 hours)
$25.00 Per Hour for deep cleaning (with a minimum of $75.00)
